Description

How to change email address on the NetApp Support Site (NSS) Profile

Procedure

  1. Log in to the NetApp Support Site with your current credentials.
  2. Navigate to My Profile.
  3. Scroll down to the COMPANY INFO section.
  4. Click Change Email.
  5. Select the appropriate reason for changing the email address.
  6. Enter your new email address in the provided field.
  7. Click Proceed.
  8. Review your company information and select the appropriate radio button to confirm the details.
  9. Click Submit.

After submission:

  1. A non-technical case will be created.
  2. An email with the subject “NetApp Microsoft Azure Active Directory B2C registration request” will be sent to your new email address once the email address is updated.
  3. Open the email and follow the instructions to accept the invite and register your new email address with Azure B2C.
