How to change email address on the NetApp Support Site (NSS) Profile
Procedure
- Log in to the NetApp Support Site with your current credentials.
- Navigate to My Profile.
- Scroll down to the COMPANY INFO section.
- Click Change Email.
- Select the appropriate reason for changing the email address.
- Enter your new email address in the provided field.
- Click Proceed.
- Review your company information and select the appropriate radio button to confirm the details.
- Click Submit.
After submission:
- A non-technical case will be created.
- An email with the subject “NetApp Microsoft Azure Active Directory B2C registration request” will be sent to your new email address once the email address is updated.
- Open the email and follow the instructions to accept the invite and register your new email address with Azure B2C.
