The non-entitled support (NES) service entitles the Customer (by Serial Number) the following: 

 Includes: 

  • One technical case for hardware related issue involving the Serial Number 

  • Phone support 

  • Replacement parts as best effort or next business day delivery 

Excludes: 

  • EOS (End of service) hardware 

  • ASP contracts 

  • Onsite support and installation of hardware 

  • Any software support that involves download of NetApp software fixes, patches or upgrades
