This article provides the procedure to third party/partner company requests access to a system that is not sold by them.

  • The request is to provide visibility to a partner company that was not involved in the sale or renewal of a specific serial number(s).
  • In order to grant access, the requestor should provide an E-mail authorization from any of the contact associated with the end customer company before submitting a non-tech case requesting changes in NetApp records.
