How quickly do install base updates for a serial number show in Active IQ

Answer

Install base updates (IB), such as contact/location and delivery/onsite preferences etc, will reflect in Active IQ within 24 hours.

 If after 24 hours IB updates are not reflecting, create a non-technical case and select category AutoSupport > Active IQ Issue.

Include in the request:

  • Email address of the user used to log in to Active IQ
  • Web url where the updates are missing
  • Serial Number(s)
  • Brief description of the missing updates
