Answer

  • NetApp retains received AutoSupport data for up to two years that was sent from your ONTAP system and was successfully received by NetApp.
  • We may be able to provide the requested logs within the past two years
  • More recent AutoSupport data may be available within Active IQ under the Storage Health > AutoSupport section
