Checking TrendMicro ServerProtect™ and ONTAP AV Connector service usernames show that they match the privileged user in the active scanner pool.

In avshim logs Scan Requests are received, but no verdict is returned from the AV Engine Packet trace between the LIF the VScan server uses to connect, and the VScan server indicates a Scan Request is sent and the AV Engine is not attempting to open/read the file. Trend Micro ServerProtect logs contain a message for each scan request with been skipped.
