These changes improved the reporting for Performance Capacity Used (PCU). Eliminate gaps in Performance Capacity data seen in Unified Manager Enhancement was made to bring the PCU data at the 5 minute average as the rest of the counters are for consistency – previously in UM 9.6 it was a one-minute estimate.
