A user that is a member of the domain group is allowed to log in based on the login table entry for the domain group. Although the user login was allowed based on the domain group membership, the user is logged in as domain\user. Since the logged in user does not match an entry in the MAV approvers table, the user cannot approve or reject MAV requests.
