Issue

Regularly, when trying to run a backup, one (the first) of the files still appears to be in backup mode (from the Report OUT log file on a Windows Host):

alter database begin backup
*
ERROR at line 1:
ORA-01146: cannot start online backup - file 1 is already in backup
ORA-01110: data file 1: 'E:\ORACLE\<SID>\SAPDATA1\SYSTEM_1\SYSTEM.DATA1'
