Snap Creator Framework (SCF) 4.3.3P10, 4.3.3P11

Issue

After upgrading the scAgent to 4.3.3P9 or 4.3.3P10, using the APP_NAME=MAXDB will fail Backups with the following errors:
 
stdout: [Error! Connection failed to node (local) for database <DBNAME>
-24950,ERR_USRFAIL: User authorizationfailed]
Unable to get database manager version

Additionally, running ./snapcreator --setup  (*) or --version fails with the following errors on the command line:
 
Cannot open file: No such file or directory at /tmp/par-726f6f74/cache-b3a2b2aaf7a63d529684b75f81354e31d63d4a90/inc/lib/SnapCreator/Util/Encryption.pm line 191.
Compilation failed in require at script/snapcreator.pl line 63.
BEGIN failed -- compilation aborted at script/snapcreator.pl line 63.
