Using SDCLI.EXE, when creating a snapshot can fail while attempting to update the SnapMirror relationship

Issue

Using SDCLI.EXE to create a new snapshot checks for existing SnapMirror relationships of type DP or XDP (async_mirror) and attempts to update them, failing:

Command ["C:\Program Files\NetApp\SnapDrive\sdcli.exe" snap create -s <SNAPSHOT_NAME> -D <SPACED_DRIVE_LETTERS>]
failed with return code [-1073475451] and stderr [] and stdout [Initializing...<HOST_NAME> :

Unable to create a Snapshot of a LUN.
Error: Failed to get Data ONTAP version running on the storage system <MIRROR_DESTINATION_SVM> as it is not reachable.
Ensure proper network connectivity and make sure the name resolution is working properly.
