Issue

What is a TLS 1.2 only environment?

A TLS 1.2 only environment is when a customer disables TLS 1.0 and 1.1 in the registry and removes all TLS ciphers that support TLS 1.0 and 1.1  

Snap Manager for SQL backups will fail with SSL error when we try to make and ODBC connection:
[SQL1] Waiting for SQL Server to respond...
[SQL1] Failed to establish an ODBC connection.
[SQL1] Failed to establish an ODBC connection.
[SQL1] Error: [Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][DBMSLPCN]SSL Security error
