SnapManager for Oracle backup fails with the error:

[ERROR] SMO-13032: Cannot perform operation: Backup Create. Root cause: ORACLE-10003: Error executing SQL "ALTER DATABASE BACKUP CONTROLFILE TO TRACE AS 'C:\Users\oracle\AppData\Local\Temp\SM_1111162111444245'" against Oracle database TESTDB: ORA-01278: error creating file
