SMO/SMSAP cannot perform actions due to 'running' operations or database in use

Issue

When trying to update a profile, or specific profile operations, the following error is seen:

SMSAP-13032: Cannot perform operation: Profile Update.  Root cause: SMSAP-05506: You cannot update the profile "PROFILE_NAME" since there are operation(s) [8a9384b57a2b9e11017a2b9e192c0001,8a9384b57a2d5582017a2d5588460001, 8a9384b57a2d8c71017a2d8c77f00001]running on the profile. You must wait until the operation(s) complete and then update the profile.

Error: SMSAP-13032: Cannot perform operation: Backup Create. Root cause: SMSAP-07128: Cannot perform operation, database "XXX" in use by SnapManager operation "155d01fc7f037266017f037269ce0001"
