SMO/SMSAP Profile creation from command line fails without an error

Issue

The output in the shell/command line duiring profile creation does not always indicate why the process fails, as seen in this example:

--[ INFO] SMO-13036: Starting operation Profile Create on host <HOST_FQDN>
--[ INFO] SMO-13046: Operation GUID 8a8ca9b17aa01a17017aa01a19b9000a starting on Profile <PROFILE>
--[ INFO] SMO-13505: SnapDrive environment verification passed.
--[ INFO] SMO-13507: JDBC verification for "<USER>@<ORACLE_HOST>:1521/<REPO_NAME>" passed.
--[ INFO] SMO-13506: SQLPlus verification for database SID "<SID>" passed.
Environment: [ORACLE_HOME=<ORA_HOME_PATH>]
