How to migrate the SnapManager for Oracle repository to a different Oracle server

When moving a repository from one host and/or SID to another host and/or SID,
there are steps that must be taken within SMO. The SMO
repository is not large and can be moved using the export/import or datapump
processes that Oracle gives for moving data.
