WFA backup restore fails with error Failed to copy toolkits

Issue

  • OnCommand Workflow Automation backup restore fails after waiting for some time with the below error on the Web UI
Failed restoring 'WFA_V5.0.1.0.0_B5341689_01_15_21__08_18_19.zip'
Caused by: Failed to copy toolkits. Retry operation after making sure there are no workflows in execution.
  • In WFA logs we can see the below as the first error:
2021-01-15 09:31:32,873 WARN [com.netapp.wfa.common.io.FileUtils] (default task-8) Copy failed, trying to rollback: org.apache.commons.io.FileExistsException: Destination 'P:\Program Files\NetApp\WFA\jboss\..\POSH\Modules\DataONTAP_bak' already exists
