Very high lun latency reported in OCUM 9.5 or earlier after upgrading to ONTAP 9.7

Issue

  • Data ONTAP was upgraded from 9.3 to 9.7 and OCUM reported lun latency as high as 25000ms with hardly any workload.
  • Checking the same lun/volume in QOS real time showed latency less than 2ms.
