Unable to login to OnCommand Workflow Automation after install due to 'admin' user not created during installation

Issue

  • Cannot login on OnCommand Workflow Automation web interface using the admin user credentials.
  • Error: Authentication Failed. Verify Username and Password
  • In the command prompt if we try to change the admin password: 

C:\Program Files\NetApp\WFA\bin>wfa --admin-password
ERROR: Could not look up WFA's predefined admin user.
