OCUM 5.x: HTTP/HTTPS communicationfails with error due to incorrect CA configuration on ONTAP

Issue
- API calls over HTTP or HTTPS are failing to the controller or cluster with the following error.
No permission to use 'hostsequiv' authentication, must be root
- Command
dfm host diag <HOST_NAME>
returns the following error.
XML (https port 80) No permission to use 'hostsequiv' authentication, must be root
XML (https port 443) No permission to use 'hostsequiv' authentication, must be root.
- Protection Manager job fails with the message including the followings.
Could not get live vol usage from filer for ..
Using data from the database instead ..
Failed to create secondary snapshot on ..
Unable to get a list of snapshots from the volume ..
