Database backup restore is failing in OnCommand Workflow Automation server with below error

Error:- Failed restoring 'H:\WFA_V4.2.0.0.1_B4759965_08_13_19__02_01_25.zip'. Caused by BackupAndRestoreException{Message: Failed to restore configuration from 'tmp_3575630945841443123WFA_V4.2.0.0.1_B4759965_08_13_19__02_01_25.zip', Cause: java.lang.RuntimeException: Failed to execute MySql command 'mysql.exe' with arguments: [-e, source E:/Program Files/NetApp/WFA/jboss/standalone/tmp/wfa/1565753403212/backup.sql, -f]}
