Downloading support logs and exporting workflows fail with an HTTP 404 and other Errors in Workflow Automation

Issue
- Support bundle and workflow exports are not downloadable from the UI as it fails with a HTTP 404 error
- Manual Backups via web UI and Backups via REST API are failing as well
- And one or more deployment files under the
deployments
folder are in a*.failed
status.- Windows deployment files location:
