Custom command cannot be changed or cloned with "SQL Grammar Exception" error message in OnCommand Workflow Automation

Issue

WFA will prevent a user from editing and then saving, and/or cloning a custom command within the Reservation section of the command. While attempting to perform any one of the mentioned actions, the particular action will fail with the error message:

"Validation of the reservation failed for the command : org.hibernate.exception.SQLGrammarException: could not execute statement"
