ActiveIQ Unified Manager is unable to restore a large snapshot with NDMP

Issue
When attempting to perform a very large restore job in AIQUM 9.7, the job continues to remain in Pass 3 (directories) for several days.
The state of the task also remains on Running
, along with the following description: Wait for source [source-IP-address] to finish dumping data
.
When checking the target directory from within Windows (File) Explorer, none of the contents present in the snapshot have been restored successfully.
