Issue

  • No attribute caching
  • Deletions and changes not updating immediately.
  • Permission problems with files on the filer.

Error message: permission denied

  • NFS attribute caching may cause NFS clients not to have up-to-date permissions information.
  • Owner of file cannot make changes, but another user from the same group can.
