Description
For a number of users, it might not be possible for AutoSupport messages to be sent automatically due:
- The storage system is on a private network and AutoSupport messages cannot be sent to NetApp because of the lack of a physical connection to the Internet.
- The AutoSupport message is too big in size to fit through the mail servers size filter/policy.
- AutoSupport messages were not sent for whatever reason, and they need to be collected for analysis.
