Cloud Sync is not able to browse ONTAP 8.2 7-Mode CIFS Sharing due to NT_STATUS_INVALID_PARAMETER

  • Cloud Sync
  • ONTAP 8.2 7-Mode
  • Cloud Sync is configured new sync relationship from SMB Server to SMB Server.
  • The source SMB Server is ONTAP 8.2 7-mode CIFS sharing.

Issue

  • When Cloud Sync  connect to the source SMB Server with SMB 2.0 version, the following error:

tree connect failed: NT_STATUS_INVALID_PARAMETER
