Why is only one cluster reporting compute/vCenter data in Active IQ?
Applies to
- NetApp HCI
- Element Management Node (mNode)
- NetApp SolidFire Active IQ
- NetApp Element software 12.x and higher
- NetApp Hybrid Cloud Control (HCC)
Answer
- Only the authoritative storage cluster will send the telemetry for compute/vCenter to Active IQ
- Any other storage cluster reporting through the same mNode will not show compute data
- A dedicated mNode needs to be configured per storage cluster if the compute data is required in Active IQ individually
