Why is only one cluster reporting compute/vCenter data in Active IQ?

Last Updated:

Applies to

  • NetApp HCI
  • Element Management Node (mNode)
  • NetApp SolidFire Active IQ
  • NetApp Element software 12.x and higher
  • NetApp Hybrid Cloud Control (HCC)

  • Only the authoritative storage cluster will send the telemetry for compute/vCenter to Active IQ
  • Any other storage cluster reporting through the same mNode will not show compute data
  • A dedicated mNode needs to be configured per storage cluster if the compute data is required in Active IQ individually
