Resolving 'One or more vCenter instances cannot be reached' errors on HCC

  • NetApp Hybrid Cloud Control (HCC)
  • NetApp Management Node (2.1.326 or above)

Issue

The HCC page displays a banner with the following error :

"One or more vCenter instances cannot be reached, causing some information to be unavailable."

Additionally, compute nodes information may not be displayed properly or not at all.
