SEProtect: How to access the Secure tools environment to handle secure customer uploads

    • SupportEdge Secure for Government (SESG)
    • SupportEdge Protect (SEProtect)

Description

In order to access any Secure uploaded files from a customer, you must perform a few steps in order to gain access to the secure environment.

Perf tools

Does not include tools or server access to Core files. All other tools to handle customer files are available. ex. wireshark
Core file tools

Includes access to Core files uploaded by the customer
