Issue

  • The system manager service for an Amazon FSx for NetApp ONTAP working environment in NetApp Console is showing as "Unavailable" with the error "failed to connect to filesystem with ID fs-xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx":

  • On entering the working environment, it is observed that the Console agent is unable to communicate to the FSx for NetApp ONTAP filesystem with an Unknown error:
