Workload Security displays SID instead of username although AD server is configured

  • Storage Workload Security (formerly Cloud Secure)
  • User Directory Collectors is configured
  • Active Directory (AD)

Issue

  • Some users are displayed by SID (s-1-N-N-NNNNNNNNNN-NNNNNNNNNN-NNNNNNNNNN-NNNN) without being converted to the username in Workload Security > Alerts and  Workload Security > Forensics > Users
  • User Profile by clicking user link in Workload Security > Forensics > Users displays User details were not found.
