Issue

Users are unable to log into NetApp Data Infrastructure Insights or the BlueXP Console. The following errors are observed:

  • DII login error:
    We are unable to process your request at this time. Authentication failed: authorization request not found

  • NetApp Console login error:
    Invalid_request: failed to obtain access token
