Unable to Hyper-V data collector in DII fails timeout error

Issue

  • The Hyper-V data collector initial data polling not getting completed and test connection is timeout.
  • Log Sample reported below messages:
WARN  [com.onaro.sanscreen.acquisition.datasource.microsoft_hyperv.builders.powershellBuilders.PsClusterBuilder] Unable to get FQDN from IP
INFO  [com.onaro.sanscreen.acquisition.datasource.microsoft_hyperv.transport.powershell.executor.FoundationExecutor] Following PowerShell Command failed with error: Namespace specified cannot be found.
for host : Unable to get Host Name for this error.
