Issue
- Data Infrastructure Insights EMC Isilon SSH Data collector fails to report EMC Isilon Array model.
After upgrading Dell EMC Isilon (PowerScale) clusters to OneFS 9.x, the SSH-based Isilon data collector in Data Infrastructure Insights, (DII) or OnCommand Insight (OCI) reports incorrect storage model data. The Model field for every storage node displays the following error instead of the actual hardware model:
Traceback (most recent call last):File "<string>", line 1, in <module>...SyntaxError: invalid syntax
- The nodeVersion field may also be blank or null.
- The REST-based Isilon data collector (datasource type 170) is NOT affected and continues to report model data correctly.
