DII page load fails from NetApp Console with API error

Issue
When opening the Data Infrastructure Insights (DII) tile from NetApp Console (BlueXP), the page fails to load and the following error is displayed:
Failed to load page due to API error. Try again in a few minutes.
There has been an error loading Console data. If the error continues, contact NetApp support for assistance and mention error code "init:org-tags".
The error appears immediately on opening the DII page in NetApp Console. Reloading the page or signing in again after clearing browser cache does not clear the condition.
Cause
- The DII page in NetApp Console was accessed using the legacy URL
https://cloudmanager.netapp.com/instead of the new NetApp Console URLhttps://console.netapp.com/ -
The legacy URL no longer serves the org-tag initialization API correctly, so the DII page fails to load with error codeinit:org-tags
Solution
- Open the new NetApp Console URL —
https://console.netapp.com/— instead of the legacyhttps://cloudmanager.netapp.com/. - Use a private/incognito window (or clear browser cache and cookies for
console.netapp.com,cloudmanager.netapp.com, and*.b2clogin.com) to ensure no stale session is reused. - Sign in to NetApp Console and reopen the Data Infrastructure Insights tile — the page now loads without the
init:org-tagserror. - If the error still persists, open a support case and provide:
- DII Tenant ID and Subscription ID (In case of already existing tenants)
- NetApp Console organization name / UUID
- Connector name / UUID
- Cloud provider (AWS / Azure / GCP)
- Browser HAR capture taken while reproducing the error
