Issue

  • CI reports configured with a custom schema sent periodically do not contain data
  • Acquisition is working fine for the data collectors as checked in CI console
  • DWH ETL is successful when verified from Admin->Audit with a DWH category filter, viewed for last 24 hours

CI reports contain no data due to missing custom package/moduleEdit

  • While checking the report components  found that the report is coming from a custom module/package
  • The way to check this is as below:
  1. navigate to Reporting->Content->Reports
  2. click on edit report
  3. Double click the report attributes to see the available component
