All collectors run into Error status "Ask timed out on" at the same time with Agent status "Not Connected"

Issue

  1. All collectors displayed via followings are in Error status with message:  Workload Security > Collectors > Data Collectors:
Ask timed out on [Actor[akka://CloudSecureAgent/user/appManager/agentPortManager#91592927]] after [10000 ms].
Message of type [com.netapp.datafabric.metadatacatalog.agent.dslifecycle.AgentPortManager$GetAvailablePortNumber]. 
A typical reason for `AskTimeoutException` is that the recipient actor didn't send a reply.

2. Agent Server is in Not Connected status in  Workload Security > Admin > Data Collectores > Agents

3. Error in agent.log-

If this is not an expected behavior, then [Actor[akka://CloudSecureAgent/deadLetters]] may have terminated unexpectedly, This logging can be turned off or adjusted with configuration settings 'akka.log-dead-letters' and 'akka.log-dead-letters-during-shutdown'.
