Unable to load Governance Classification categories in BlueXP, displaying error: "Something Went Wrong"

Issue

  • When navigating to Governance -> Classification and selecting a category in BlueXP, the page shows an error: Something Went Wrong
  • Attempts to connect to the Data Sense VM via SSH fail
  • Accessing the Data Sense VM via the virtual console display an operating system error: Entering emergency mode
    Unable to load Governance Classification categories in BlueXP
  • Running the ls command shows that the /opt directory does not exist because its file system is not mounted
