Unable to download complete JSON investigation report from Classification

Issue

  • When attempting to export Investigation data for files discovered > 90days as JSON file using NetApp Console Classification UI, the export process does not generate the complete set of JSON files as expected. The total size of the generated files is significantly less than the reported total size during the export process.
  • Additionally, subsequent export attempts indicate that the process has completed successfully, but no new files are generated in the specified target directory.
