Netapp Console Fails to Detect Data Classification Instance after Cert Update

Issue

NetApp Console Console stopped detecting the Data Classification software even though all DataSense containers were running. The logs show the Console could not
resolve the proxy hostname, which began after the security patch and certificate changes. Once certificates were updated, curl tests and proxy connectivity
worked normally.
