Classification page failed to load in Console with error Something went wrong and containers crashing

Issue

  • Classification page doesn't load in BlueXP with error  "Something went wrong"    while it was working fine before.

Something went wrong. It seems that something has gone wrong. Please follow the steps to resolve the issue:

  • Containers crash repeatedly, and only the ds_mount_server container remains running.
