Why is my DR Cloud Volumes ONTAP's capacity tier consuming more space ?

Issue

It was observed that the Azure storage account attached to a DR CVO cluster is consuming significantly more space (~215TB) than the storage account attached to a production CVO cluster (~126TB),  despite the DR cluster being a SnapMirror destination and expected to have similar data.
