Issue
- BlueXP displays CVO as failed, which may cause the PAYGO system to shut down if BlueXP loses communication with CVO for more than 14 days. This occurs because the Connector refreshes licensing on the system daily
- When attempting to create a new CVO working environment in BlueXP, a failure message is displayed:
