Issue

The following is observed when attempting to deploy a new AWS CVO HA on a Console agent using the proxy:

An error occurred while retrieving instance-profiles: Connection attempt failed with SSLException
From SERVER.LOG:

Simplicator request to http://localhost:8080/AwsProtocol/describeKeyPairs?region=ap-southeast-3 failed with SSLException
com.amazonaws.SdkClientException: Unable to execute HTTP request: PKIX path building failed: sun.security.provider.certpath.SunCertPathBuilderException: unable to find valid certification path to requested target
