NetApp Console UI crashes when trying to upgrade CVO using Upgrade Now button

Issue

  • When attempting to upgrade a Cloud Volumes ONTAP (CVO) system via NetApp Console, the following error is displayed after selecting “Enter System” and clicking “Upgrade Now”:

The tabor service has unexpectedly crashed. Error printed to console.
If the error recurs, please contact Support.

  • NetApp Console UI fails to load aggregate or cluster information for the CVO system.
  • Restarting the Connector and removing/re-adding the CVO cluster from the workspace does not resolve the issue.
