NetApp Console System Stuck on “Loading Data” and cannot be removed from canvas view

Issue
- When attempting to manage a Cloud Volumes ONTAP (CVO) system in NetApp Console, the console stays stuck in a loading loop.
- Attempts to delete the CVO system fail with the error:
Could not find system with ID VsaWorkingEnvironment-ABCEDFGH
