NetApp Backup and Recovery loading issue and failed CVO WEs due to PID Limits in Podman Container

Issue

  • Users experience intermittent or persistent slowness or failure when loading the Backup and Recovery tab in the BlueXP Canvas. The UI may time out or show errors such as:

Failed to verify access token, logging out user None. Ask timed out on [Actor[akka://oncloud/user/ConfigurationActor#...]] after [10000 ms]. Sender [null] sent message of type "com.netapp.oncloud.common.configuration.ConfigActor$GetValue".
Additionally, API calls may return HTTP 500 errors, and various Working Environments (WEs) may appear as “failed” or “inactive” in the Canvas.

  • CVO working discovered in the Console Canvas might be reported as "Failed" with the same error.
