Issue

After upgrading Cloud Volumes Ontap, the Multi-tenant Encryption Key Management (MTEKM) license is not available.

Cause

No internet connectivity for the BlueXP Connector

Solution

  • Ensure that the BlueXP Connector has the proper network access
  • Once network access is restored and the Connector sees the CVO, the license should be updated
