Issue

  • After deploying a CVO cluster and configuring an external KMIP server, attempts to enable volume encryption fail with the following error:
Queueing for encryption conversion operation failed for volume "vol1". Reason: Package "VE" is not licensed in the cluster
  • The action "Register Support" for the CVO cluster triggered after successful deployment, is seen failing on NetApp audit timeline with the error below:

    Error:{"error":"E009","message":"Invalid NSS credentials - not full access account"}
